Unfortunately, getting older seems to mean far too many trips to the bathroom when you should be sleeping and of course lack of sleep is very unenthusiastic to quality of life in general.

I had taken these a while back after they were recommended by a Chinese Doctor and they worked very well; cutting down trips to the bathroom by half or better. I was no longer able to get them from that source so I was extremely pleased to see that orange and yellow box show up on Amazon.

I feel much better after a few days of taking these pills, probably because I'm getting a lot more sleep now. I don't know how they'll work for anyone else but I could tell a noticeable difference before I finished the first bottle.
